DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here’s the lowdown on our delivery services.

UK Standard Delivery: £5.99, usually received within 3-5 days once dispatched.
Europe: £5.99, usually received within 4-6 days once dispatched.
International Delivery: £5.99, usually received within 6-9 days once dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, securely packaged.

The safest way is to return it by recorded delivery keeping a copy of your proof of postage, to ensure that you return the item in the 30 day time period. We may request to see a copy of the proof of postage.

Please make sure you include a covering letter with your return, without this we cannot accept your return. If you purchased Dr Botanicals products in store, please contact that store directly to enquire about their return policy. Once we have received your product back, we will endeavour to complete the refund in 20 working days.

Coming Soon/ Out of Stock/

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, it will be noted on your packing slip. We aim to ship coming soon items on the suggested date, however on some occasions this may be before or after this date. The cancellation period for these items starts from the moment of the initial order. Products on back-order will be delivered as soon as they are available. In all circumstances, you will be charged the original price for the item and it will be delivered to you as soon as available.
